The Story
Peter Frankel leaves Colombia and immigrates to the United States seeking a better life. Through hard work, he becomes the respected CEO of a major Florida insurance company with operations across multiple states and subsidiaries in Latin America.
His life changes dramatically after the events of September 11, 2001 set a chain of events in motion.
He becomes entangled in a conflict involving political power, corruption and the American legal system.
As his company faces financial destruction and he is confronted with fabricated criminal accusations, Peter is forced to fight for his freedom, his family and his future.
His journey ultimately takes him into hiding in the Dominican Republic while he struggles to survive, prove his innocence and protect those he loves.
